Explore the wild landscapes of Greenland and Labrador with Adventure Canada in 2021

Save 15 per cent plus free hotel stay – and no solo supplement for single travellers

Book by October 31, 2020

Journey from the spectacular and raw natural landscapes of Greenland, across the Arctic circle and on to the wild and untamed region of Labrador in far north-east Canada as part of a new expedition cruise package released by Adventure Canada in partnership with Australian small ship cruise specialists Cruise Traveller.

The 15-night “Greenland and Wild Labrador” package begins in Toronto, Canada, on September 16, 2021, and for a limited time, travellers can save up to 15 per cent if booked before October 31, 2020.

Beginning with a free night’s accommodation in Toronto, Canada, guests will fly to Kangerlussuaq, Greenland, to start their 14-night cruise to St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada. Travelling aboard Adventure Canada’s 198-passenger, expedition ship, Ocean Endeavour, highlights of the cruise include visiting the wild landscapes of Labrador. Located in the far north-east of Canada, this vast expanse of stark and spectacular wilderness is home to the Innu and Inuit peoples who have lived there for thousands of years and whose cultures are rooted in a deep, spiritual relationship with the harsh environment. The long and intriguing history of Labrador’s indigenous people can be traced back almost 9000 years and guests will have the unique opportunity to see and learn about the region and it’s people on a hike of the Torngat Mountains National Park led by Inuit guides.

Other highlights include seeing and learning about the Qilakitsoq mummies at the Greenland National Museum in Nuuk, the glacier-filled Kangerlussuatsiaq Fjordand and the L`Anse aux Meadows, where guests can see the remains of an 11th century Viking settlement – evidence of the first European presence in North America.

Beginning on September 16, 2021, the 15-night stay and cruise package starts from US$9620 per person, twin-share, or for solo travellers (subject to availability). For bookings made by October 31, 2020, this represents savings of US$2940 per couple and US$11,256 for solo traveller, with no solo supplement.
