P&O announces well-known comedian Rhys Nicholson will be joining the cruise line’s first sailing to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
The multi award-winning stand-up will perform for nearly 2000 guests on the five-night itinerary which departs Sydney on April 6, 2020. P&O’s latest addition to its comedy cruise offering takes all the hassle out of going to the largest comedy event in the calendar by including everything from tickets to transfers. The fare also packs in an exclusive comedy show at Melbourne Town Hall reserved only for P&O guests.
This year marks P&O’s biggest ever season of comedy with 42 dedicated comedy cruises running between now and the end of the year. P&O Cruises President Sture Myrmell said P&O has offered almost 200 comedy cruises to date, making the home-grown cruise line the biggest provider of comedy cruising Down Under by far.
There is still some availability for P&O’s first cruise to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival with fares starting from $699 per person for an interior quad share cabin. Plus, book now with a $1 deposit and take advantage of $100 onboard credit to spend at sea with P&O’s latest offer.
