  1. Geranium in Copenhagen, Denmark

On 7 August 2022Seven Seas Splendor®, the embodiment of luxury perfected, will sail from London to Copenhagen over 12 nights. Seven Seas Voyager® will sail from Barcelona to Rome on 25 April 2022, for a dream cruise around the eastern Mediterranean discovering the wonders of Spain, France, Malta and Italy. The voyage disembarks in Rome, which is the perfect opportunity for guests to treat themselves to a lavish post-holiday culinary experience at La Pergola, the first and only three-star Michelin restaurant in Italy’s capital. Headed up by esteemed chef, Heinz Beck, this incredible restaurant is perched above the Eternal City in the stunning setting of a panoramic roof garden.   1. Blue Bay in Monte Carlo, France

Seven Seas Splendor® will sail from Barcelona to Monte Carlo over 17 nights on 19 April 2022, visiting exquisite ports in Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Malta and France, before disembarking in Monaco. Monte Carlo is one of the ten districts of Monaco, known for its beautiful beaches, casinos and famous residents, so it’s little wonder that there are no less than six restaurants with Michelin Stars. Located in the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, diners can access Blue Bay by taking advantage of the hotel’s valet parking, or the private helipad. Enjoy an exquisite dinner filled with Mediterranean and Caribbean flavours from the terrace with views over the sea.

  1. Spondi in Athens, Greece

On 20 June 2022Seven Seas Mariner® will depart Istanbul (Turkey) via Bulgaria, Ukraine and Romania and four Greek islands, to Athens (Greece). The city of Greek antiquity, Athens has three Michelin Star restaurants including Spondi, a two-Star recipient. In 2002, the restaurant was the first in Athens to receive this recognition with a menu that features French-inspired dishes, paired with Greek, French and Italian wines.

  1. The Restaurant Christopher Coutanceau in La Rochelle, France 

On 2 September 2022Seven Seas Voyager® will embark on an enchanting tour of Europe over 12 nights, where she will call on stunning ports including Bruges (Belgium), Paris, Bordeaux, Bilbao and Oporto. Guests will also be treated to a full day in the scenic coastal town of La Rochelle in France, where they can indulge in a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the distinguished Restaurant Christopher Coutanceau. The three Michelin star restaurant is an ode to its chef Christopher Coutanceau, whose background as a sustainable fisherman has equipped him to deliver an exceptional ocean-to-table experience.

  1. Indego by Vineet in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Most Luxurious Ship Ever Built, Seven Seas Explorer®, will set sail on an epic 36-night journey around Asia and the Middle East on 20 March 2022. Embarking from Tokyo, guests will experience an immersive exploration of unique destinations across the region, including Okinawa (Japan), Taipei (Taiwan), Hanoi, Colombo, Goa (India) and Muscat (Iman).
