Save on new fly, cruise & tour package: Chelsea Flowers & Celtic Ireland

The world’s greatest flower display – the Chelsea Flower Show – headlines an exclusive new fly, cruise and tour package that showcases an array of spectacular gardens and moated castles in England, as well as a celebration of all things Irish via a complete circumnavigation of the Emerald Isle with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines.

Australian small ship specialist, Cruise Traveller, has released the unique, 20-night ‘Chelsea Flowers and Celtic Ireland’ package along with savings for bookings made by 30 November 2022.

As a UK-based, family-run cruise line, Fred. Olsen’s four boutique ships reflect the line’s belief that smaller is better, with less guests, a warm and intimate ambience, personal service and an authentic experience of classic cruising aboard smaller vessels able to reach smaller ports that bigger ships cannot access.

Cruise Traveller’s new package begins with a flight from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth to London on 17 May 2023, with a night’s stay in the city before a seven-night garden and castle-themed, 18-guest coach tour takes flower fans on a magical journey through some of England’s prettiest countryside south of London. Sights include the grand castles of Scotney, Sissinghurst, Hever and Windsor as well as spectacular gardens such as Wisley, Saville and Kew and entry to the world’s greatest flower exhibition, the famous and vast Chelsea Flower Show – a long favourite with the British Royal Family.

After a restful, two-night stay at London after the tour, guests travel to Southampton to board Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ stylish, 924-guest ship, Braemar, for a relaxing, 10-night voyage circling Ireland and visiting the Channel Islands.  Ports like Dublin, Belfast, Galway and Cork unveil quintessential Irish pubs, craggy mountains, verdant vales and legendary tales of folklore, as well as iconic Blarney Castle, with the ship also treating guests to spectacular journeys past the mighty Cliffs of Moher and through the wild, pristine scenery of some of Ireland’s outlining islands. A flight home to Australia from London ends the holiday.
