Save up to $13,750 per couple on a luxury, all-inclusive Kimberley expedition cruise in 2022

Save up to $13,750 per couple, plus no Single Supplement on a Luxury, All-Inclusive Kimberley Expedition Cruise in 2022

Ponant’s luxury exploration yacht, Le Soleal, will unveil the raw beauty of the Kimberley in 2022 and to help more Australians discover the rugged majesty of the remote region in refined comfort, small ship specialist, Cruise Traveller, has released an exclusive package offering flights, 30 per cent savings of up to $13,750 per couple and no single supplement for bookings made by May 30, 2021.

Three departures are available in June, July and September, 2022.

The new 11-night, all-inclusive ‘Kimberley Contrasts’ package features a 10-night expedition cruise from Darwin to Broome aboard Ponant’s 132-stateroom ship, Le Soleal.  Boasting a refined and intimate, French-styled elegance, Le Soleal offers a fine dining restaurant and grill restaurant, panoramic lounge, theatre, library, open-air bar, pool, an expert expedition team and personalised service.

Twice the size of Victoria, the ancient and remote Kimberley wilderness is best and most easily seen from small ships like Ponant’s exploration yachts which get close to spectacular waterfalls, indigenous rock art, abundant wildlife and majestic coastal cliffs that glow flame red at sunset.

Cruise Traveller’s package offers return flight from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth to Darwin and return from Broome as well as one night’s accommodation in Darwin before the cruise. The 10-night expedition voyage from Darwin to Broome will showcase King George Falls, Mitchell Falls, Montgomery Reef, crocodile habitats and the world-renowned natural wonder of Horizontal Falls where the ocean surges at high tide through a narrow break in the cliffs.

The expedition through the Kimberley’s turquoise-blue waters will include guided, complimentary excursions on Zodiacs and informative lectures onboard, as well as a free wilderness adventure from Wyndham, with guests able to choose from a scenic flight over the famous Bungle Bungle ranges, a trip to the famous El Questro nature retreat or an Ord River wildlife cruise. The cruise also includes the indulgence of a daily open bar onboard Le Soleal.

Departure dates are June 16 and July 26, 2022 while a sailing on September 4, 2022, is a special nature-centric cruise in conjunction with National Geographic.

The package is available from $11,435 per person, twin-share, in a Deluxe Balcony stateroom on a sailing from Darwin to Broome (June/July sailings) – a 30 per cent saving of $3995 each.  In a Deluxe Suite, the package is available from $18,155 per person, twin-share – a 30 per cent saving of $6875 each. Solo travellers can also enjoy the 30 per cent saving and the bonus of no single supplement, with the package available from $11,740 – a big saving of $17,310 (June/July sailings).  The discount applies to bookings made by May 30, 2021. The package is subject to availability.
