Calling all princesses, mermaids and fairies for a magical adventure over the school holidays
The Langham, Sydney is thrilled to announce that the hotel will host its first BarbieTM afternoon tea over the winter school holidays.
BarbieTM Dreamtopia Afternoon Tea will be held on weekdays from Monday 28 June to Friday 9 July and encourages children to enjoy a morning or afternoon of indulgence and dream of whatever they like; from whimsical unicorns, a fantasy filled with fairies to what it would be like to be a mermaid.
The menu is designed to ignite a child’s imagination and spark dreams of both the possible and improbable.
Children are encouraged to dress up in whatever they like – from tutus to fairy wings – before enjoying plenty of treats including BarbieTM fairy bread, rainbow cupcakes, strawberry rice bubble crackles, mermaid donuts and unicorn cake pops.
To balance the sugar intake, there will also be double smoked ham and cheese vol-au-vents, poached chicken mousse with chive mayonnaise on crisp brioche crostini, strawberry scrolls and children’s favourite; golden potato gems with tangy tomato purée.
There will be three sittings a day throughout the Winter school holidays – 11am – 1pm, 1pm – 3pm and 3pm – 5pm.
The cost is $78.00 per child which includes one Barbie afternoon tea, one Barbie doll and a colouring activity. Children under 4 years old can dine complimentary and will also receive a Barbie doll and colouring activity. Adults will be served The Langham afternoon tea including a glass of sparkling wine and tea or coffee for $98.00 per person.
