Crystal debuts more flexible booking terms plus savings of $8200 per couple on Christmas 2021 NZ cruise

Crystal’s new relaxed and flexible booking terms for its luxury, all-inclusive ocean, river and expedition journeys are now available through Australia’s leading small ship cruise specialists, Cruise Traveller.

Available until September 2, 2020, Australians can book any Crystal ocean, river or expedition cruise through Cruise Traveller without any down payment, with a reduced deposit of 15 per cent (normally 25 per cent) only required 90 days later.  Final payment deadlines for Crystal journeys have also been relaxed and 100 per cent refunds of deposits are now also available for cancellations prior to standard schedules, with administration fees waived.

The Managing Director of Cruise Traveller, Craig Bowen, said Crystal’s new booking terms offered eager travellers value, flexibility and peace of mind, with Crystal itineraries now available as far away as 2023.

The new, flexible booking terms – as well as special discounts – are available on a special new fly, cruise and stay package offered exclusively by Cruise Traveller to help Australians celebrate the 2021 festive season. The 17-night ‘Fireworks and Fjords’ package will see guests pampered with fine dining, attentive service, included beverages, an unforgettable Christmas dinner at sea – with carols and all the trimmings – and a unique and exciting New Year’s Eve party on Sydney Harbour.

The package begins on December 20, 2021, with free flights to Auckland (from Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane, with A$250 extra from Perth). Crystal Cruises and Cruise Traveller are offering travellers savings of up to A$8230 per couple for bookings made by September 30, 2020.

After flying into Auckland, guests will stay at a five-stay hotel for a night before boarding Crystal Cruises’ ultra-luxury, 848-passenger Crystal Symphony and begin their journey to Melbourne via NZ’s top ports and spectacular Fjordland. Highlights of the 16-night cruise include a festive Christmas Day at sea and Sydney’s iconic New Year’s Eve Fireworks seen from the decks of the ship, docked in Balmain. The cruise ends in Melbourne, with a free flight home to Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane (Perth flight included in $250 surcharge).

Including free flights to Auckland pre-cruise (from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide) and from Melbourne (to Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide) post-cruise, a bonus US$200 onboard spending credit per person, onboard beverages, a specialty dining experience, WiFi and gratuities, the 17-night luxury package in December, 2021, is available from A$10,765 per person, twin-share – a saving of A$4115 per person – and from A$13,975 for solo travellers – a saving of A$14,640. The cost from Perth is A$250 extra. The savings are available for bookings made by September 30, 2020. Crystal’s flexible booking terms are available until September 2, 2020.
