W Brisbane’s newest Fondue offering will have guests dripping and dippin in gold opulence
W Brisbane are bringing back their renowned Fondue with a new, luxe inspired take on the old school classic. Back by popular demand, W Brisbane are inviting guests to Dip It – Dip It Real Good at Living Room Bar with their new, shimmering, gold array of delectable dippers, dips and cocktails dripping in gold.
DJ Little Fritter will set the scene in Living Room Bar every Friday through to Sunday, with a programming of new and next DJs spinning fresh beats while guests settle in for a night of indulgent desserts and cocktails.
For $59 for two people, a melted pot of Valrhona milk chocolate heaven will steal the show, adorned with must have dippers, from heavenly churros to oh so sweet macarons and jumbo marshmallows, to locally sourced strawberries, blueberries and banana skewers for a punch of freshness. For guests wanting to step it up on the richness radar, stacked waffles dripping in gold and glimmering marble brownies will be the answer.
To go the extra delicious mile, guests can do a final dip into a choice of coconut shavings, almond crumble or whipped cream.
The Living Room bartenders have curated a cocktail menu to be paired with the fondue selection with old classics reimagined with a W twist. The hot toddy inspired, Feels so Grand, is interactive and designed to share between two for $38, or gather your crew for an additional $19 per person. An edible gold sheet will uncover a bold blend of elderberry Belvedere Vodka infusion, pomegranate syrup, cranberry & lavender bitters and strawberry cream black blooming tea.
For an Insta-worthy cocktail with a side of flaming technique theatrics, you need to try the Death by Chocolate, where the name says it all. The cocktail combines toasted coconut chips, Woodford Reserve Bourbon infusion, almond milk, Guatemalan drinking chocolate and cinnamon syrup served with a freshly baked cookie dipped and coated with tempered gold cocoa butter for that dip and dunk moment.
