Norwegian Cruise Line releases Alaska Cruising Guide for 2019

Norwegian Cruise Line has just released its new Alaska Cruising Guide, featuring itineraries cruising to ‘The Last Frontier’ from May to September 2019 aboard the youngest fleet to sail Alaska – Norwegian Joy, Norwegian Bliss and Norwegian Jewel – where guests are able to truly discover what it means to feel free.

Norwegian recently announced that Norwegian Joy will replace Norwegian Pearl as the line’s third ship in the region from mid-2019, to sail alongside sister ship Norwegian Bliss. Norwegian Joy will be sailing seven-day voyages across a raft of itineraries which will include picturesque ports such as Icy Straight Point, in addition to scenic glacier cruising. Ahead of her Alaska sailing season, Norwegian Joy will undergo approximately US$50 million in enhancements, to bring her already popular features to be virtually identical to Norwegian Bliss.

Norwegian Cruise Line’s Alaska fleet offers travellers up-to 27 dining options, a variety of accommodation ranging from studios for solo adventurers through to the exclusive The Haven by Norwegian®, and access to an array of award-winning entertainment such as Broadway Hit, Jersey Boys, featured on Norwegian Bliss – the newest vessel in the Norwegian fleet. No matter which vessel they choose, guests will experience the magic of scenic glacier cruising like never before, with the opportunity to visit iconic Alaskan ports such as Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan. Norwegian also offer 11, 12 and 14-day Cruisetours, where guests can combine a seven-day cruise with a land holiday that’s fully escorted by Alaskan guides for travellers wanting to venture deeper into the wild.

Those booking a 2019 Alaska sailing can also take advantage of Norwegian’s ‘Free at Sea’ offer, which includes up to five free offers – such as a free beverage package, free shore excursions credit, free specialty dining package, 250 minutes of free wi-fi, or having friends and family sail at a reduced rate (available on select sailings only).*
