Oaks offers a ‘home away from home’ for those who must self-isolate due to COVID-19

“Oaks is a proudly Australian brand. Following our recent bushfire offer of emergency accommodation for those affected, we wanted to again offer our help to those in-need.” He concluded.

With nine properties in Melbourne and 49 nationally, Oaks offers large residential-style accommodation with a variety of 1,2- and 3-bedroom apartments available, many of which have a full-service kitchen and laundry facilities.

Guests at Oaks can also utilise in-room grocery delivery, in-room food delivery from Deliveroo, and high-speed Wi-Fi in-room for continuity of communication and working remotely.

To ensure the safety of all guests and staff, Oaks have introduced strict cleaning measures, with all common areas, as well as back-of-house, frequently and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to the most stringent standards, paying special attention to high touch-point areas. This process is completed every hour.

In order to protect the health and safety of Oaks staff, guests who are self-isolating will be provided fresh linens and amenities on request, delivered to their door and left outside for collection. Soiled linens will be placed in a plastic bag by the guest and left outside their door for retrieval by staff.

Guests can take advantage of the current ‘Say G’Day and Save’ package available nationally. Bookings placed before 30 April 2020 will receive 25% off stays in two-bedroom apartments and 15% off stays in one-bedroom or studio apartments – plus a further 5% off when guests use the ‘MYOAKS’ promo code, valid for stays until 31 August 2020.

Oaks announces amended cancellation policy:

Oaks have also announced an amended cancellation policy for direct bookings, offering flexibility and support for all new bookings made directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites between now and 30th April 2020. This includes free change of date and change of destination up to 48 hours prior to arrival for stays on or before 31 October 2020.

For direct bookings made prior to 10th March for arrival from 10th March 2020 to 10th April 2020 inclusive, guests are offered free change of date and change of destination up to 48-hours prior to arrival for stays on or before 31 October 2020.
